Therefore, grease can be used in the parts of the vehicle that are not suitable for liquid lubricant.
On the other hand, the viscosity of lubricating grease is large, the resistance during operation is relatively large, and the power loss is relatively large. The fluidity of lubricating grease is also poor, and it basically does not have the cooling and cleaning effect of liquid lubricant. It is difficult to remove solid impurities after they are mixed in. In addition, it is difficult to add and change grease in some parts where the grease is used. Therefore, the parts where grease is used are limited.
The lubrication of the machine tool includes bearing, gear, guide rail and lubrication; Machine tool lubricating grease includes hydraulic oil, hydraulic guide rail oil and lubricating oil (grease). Different machine tool types and working conditions have different requirements on the performance of lubricating oil.
